Regatta Trains
Fireworks – 21:00
Departs Paignton at 19:30
Departs Kingswear at 22:00, (extra departure at 21:30 on Saturday 28th August only)
Passengers travelling on the 19:30 train from Paignton, must stay in Kingswear to watch the fireworks. The view is just as good! All movement on the river stops 30 minutes before the firework display begins. The ferry will not start again until about 21:45, which will be too late to get the train.
Passengers can by all means get an earlier train in the day, however all passengers must be aware that seats are not guaranteed on the 22:00 leaving Kingswear. Please note the 22:00 service leaves promptly.
August 27th – Red Arrow train.
Red Arrows – 17:30
Trains depart Kingswear at 18:05 & 18:30
There will be no 17:00 train from Kingswear to Paignton, (all other timetable departures will operate as normal). Instead we will run two trains from Kingswear to Paignton after the display, but the times are TBC. Passengers must stay in Kingswear to watch the Red Arrows. The view is just as good!
