Goodrington Loop clear up

Just completing the final clear up after changing twenty four sleepers in the up loop at Goodrington. All carried out whilst running trains!

- Harry Potteresque - Once on the platform we boarded the train (covid restrictions applied) and stepped back in time and themes of Harry Potters Hogwarts express sprang to mind! Brilliant!
- Sights and smells - Cannot beat the smell and sound of a steam locomotive, a very scenic ride firstly along the beach, then along the river Dart. A couple of hours in Dartmouth then all aboard for trip back.
- Perfect day - We have done this several times over the years and is a fantastic day out. The steam train ride is great, but the cruise makes it. The commentary is very good and funny. Would definitely recommend this trip if in the area.
