Hookhills viaduct maintenance

We had Peninsula Access track side during the week carrying out high level vegetation management on our viaduct. Removing and treating the vegetation stops the root from destroying the mortar holding the stones together thus extending the life of the viaduct. The pictures are of them working on Hookhills Viaduct at a height of 85ft (25m).

After using the ferry to cross the river we went to find somewhere to have a snack before getting onto the cruise.
