- Highly recommend. - From boarding in Paignton, to alighting the ferry in Dartmouth, this journey has to be the best you can take on the English Riviera. It all goes by too quick. Highly recommend.
- What a great trip! - A lovely time was had on this trip on the train itself and then river boat - we had the river trip on the paddler which was just perfect - a coal fired train and a coal fired boat! Enjoy.
- Trip back in time - What a fantastic experience. The train ride from Paignton is a gentle trip with stunning views. Arriving in Kingswear you can almost imagine how people in days gone by must have felt. A short ferry ride takes you into Dartmouth which is a stunning little town.
